anyone intrested in a beefed up 10 bolt? I ordered new gears for my 12 bolt. Thats the last piece I need to build my 12 bolt. I will be swapping out the rears in a couple weeks.

stock 10 bolt, welded tubes, Spohn weld in relocation brackets, Auburn style GM posi, genuine GM 4.10 gears, main caps are studded, T/A stud girdle. I set this baby up with really tight backlash. Was set at .004"-.005" for strenght. The down side is they wine because of it. This is just about as strong as you can get with a 10 bolt.

make me a reasonable offer, then pick it up.

 

yessir actualy im very very interested. how bad do the gears whine? is it like unbearable for a daily driver or just kinda noticable? i dont know what you are looking for exactly but to put a number out there... 350? if i come and pick it up? let me know about the whine and whats the bottom dollar you'll take. thanks again

yea, u gotta figure the TA cover and Stud kit is almost 200$ new...

woulda been a nice backup

 

damn me for not seeing it and damn you for selling it so cheap! i just put 4.10s in my car and spent more than that on the gears and installation kit themselves!
