Anyone going to Etown this weekend?

We're heading over on Saturday to watch some qualifying and sportsman racing. A couple of Atco points people will be out there getting recognized! Jackie Fricke (Rogge) is running a Top Alcohol Dragster and Lee Zane is running in Pro Stock.

I'm really looking forward to getting to the track. I've only been a few times since my rollover in March.

Was that like an IRA rollover??????

Have my son-in-law to be bachelor's party on Saturday. I may be recouping on Sunday or may wander up to hickville (NU) to get some seat time. I gave the stripe back to a newbie last week at Raceway. ugh. I'm Worst than going red to a .900 light.

Yes, it was awful. They wouldn't tell us anything about his condition or the wreck and after a while you just knew he didn't make it but prayed to God that your instincts were wrong.

It was hard to watch ESPN2 last night as Robert Hight pulled up to run first round while Scott's crew walked up to the burnout pit hand in hand. And then watching the crowd on their feet as he coasted down the track...

It was rough. I hope to NEVER witness anything like that again.

May God bless the entire Kalitta family as they grieve the loss of Scott.
