Looking into getting a bunch of us together for a Gettysburg battlefield cruise...Would make for some pretty cool backdrops for pictures of F-bodies...If Gettysburg can handle bike week last week they can handle a bunch of us cruising around....What do you guys/gals think? My wife is Civil War buff and proud new owner of a 2000 Camaro SS...She even wants to come!!

We have been trying to get one of these together for a long time and haven't been able to agree on a date. I just went down myself last year and it was very cool; very photogenic and auto-friendly.

 

Well, we've got 5 or 6 of us right now ready whenever...We live 10 mins from there...Hit me up when you think you want to go...

Hello all, I'd be into doing a cruise to Gettysburg. I was just through there with my car during bike week. Been lurking on this board for years and finally signed up. Be nice to find some somewhat locals to cruise around with.

 

We pretty are much a "go" for September 3rd at this point Just waiting to hear agreement from the other parties...

Sounds very cool. I'm always down there around late Oct.
As of rite now, the Sept. 3 date sounds good. Things could change for me between now & then. I'll keep an eye on this thread & see how things go as the day nears.

This shows hours for the park and various attractions and also maps of the park. I think the best place to meet would be the lot just SOUTH of the visitors' center (between the visitors' center and the cyclorama center). If that would happen to be too crowded for our group we could move down the road to the unpaved lot across from General Meade's HQ.

 

Just realized that Sep 3rd is Labor Day weekend. I cant make it.
