Anybody going to SLP customer appreciation day?

I was wondering if anybody has ran their car at Englishtown? I run my car at Atco every once in awhile and wanted to know which track is better.

Cool

10/11 at Englishtown. I'll be there in black hardtop Z racing. NY license plate with CPA on them.

EDIT
Darn, wife just informed me we have a soccer game in Princeton, NJ, a Soccer game in Maryland and two home football games for the kids. She ran put of cars and needs me to help out. Have fun!

Maybe I'll volunteer for the Princetown, NJ game and sneak away for awhile.

atco seems to be about 2-3 tenths faster...there both nice tracks ,etown might give ya some hookin problems from of the volume of racers, and atco i believe you have to go through the water box....

That depends on what you mean by "better". As for the facilities... E-town has one of the best on the east coast. Huge facility with plenty of food, pits, fuel, pics, and a massive grand stand. But the track itself is not the best. Atco has a far better track when it comes to consistant and fast times. Personally I dont mind the track problems. I'm a bracket racer and who the heck cares about the fastest times when you bracket racing.

I am registered to go, but right now it looks like I'm going to be at home.

I'm going to miss it by about 5 days. As for the track, Atco is supposedly faster, E-Town has nicer facilities. At Atco, you HAVE to drive through the water box, which sucks when a FWD car is in front of you. E-Town has noise restrictions, Atco does not.

i ONLY race at Raceway park... 13.24 in a vert is best time with mods listed. I LOVE THE TRACK. My only complaint i think is the box u launch out of. I can't get traction for **** with the 2.1 short time. I know its on stock tire but i see 1.9 out of some others peoples.... and to honest, i can't see any better way then slippin the clutch like i am. But if thats my only complaint.. then its a pretty damn nice track to me.
