Are there any road coarses near NYC? My freind wants to take his Taurus to one tommorow just to have fun. Are there any equipment requirements? Thanks.

 

I see autocrossing in the parking lot of the Nassau County Coliseum on weekends. Orange cones depict course set up in parking lot with all kind of domestics and imports competing. Usually around 25 to 50 cars there. Post in the autocross forum and see if anyone is hip to the details of it.
