Any recommendations on mechanic in south jersey

Looking to install cam, tq coverter and exhaust work. I'll do simple stuff myself but im tired of taking my car to a mechanic and have him (A) break or damage something when hes fixing something else or (B) charge me a million $ because it takes him forever and he doesnt know what hes doing with these cars. Its hard to find someone good. If anyone knows someone good in south NJ or if someone owns a shop let me know.

Sorry this probably doesnt belong in this section but i put it here anyway

Ellas Automotive & Performance in Sewell. Great shop, very knowledgable about these cars, and still fair on prices. His name is Regas 856-582-4223. http://www.ellasperformance.com
