1996 Z28SS #738 For Sale
1996 Z28SS #738 For Sale
I am looking to sell my 96 SS. It is a black, hard-top, manual, cloth interior with power windows and locks. Tires have about 80% tread left and new rear brake pads were put on about 2K ago. The SLP extra options are Level 2 Suspension(Eibach springs and Bilstein Shocks), 2OTL exhaust, Hurst shifter, Floormats. The car has about 63K miles on it and the mods are as follows:
Hotcam Kit with new PR's and timing chain(Installed by Brian(ProjectZ28), he is the mod for the North Eastern Section, about 10k miles ago and has been running great)
LT4 Valve Covers(will include stock ones)
SLP Dual-cat headers Jet-Hot coated
Off-Road Y-pipe
Strange 4.10 gears w/ TA cover and stud kit(Thunder Racing Kit) I will include 3.42 gears with the car
BMR STB and adj. PHR
OBD1 conversion by Madwolf tuning, will include OBD2 computer
Taylor wires and A/C Delco Iridium plugs, installed during cam install
AIR, EGR and A/C delete pulley(have 2 new catco cats that will throw in for $100)
LS1 Aluminum Drive-shaft
Lou's Short Stick
Ram Clutch Installed after cam
Other small mods I am probably forgetting.
The problems with the car are driver side window motor needs to be replaced, the key fob locks doors and opens trunk, but does not unlock doors, the speedo needs to be corrected for gears, some paint flaws, nothing major only noticiable close up, rear hatch window seal is not perfect.
I am looking to get $7900/OBO for the car. I will work on getting pics this week. I got a bike and the car mostly sits in the garage. It currently has a Emissions exempt tag because I drive it less the 5K a year. I can be contacted via email at ehastings@conferencegroup.com and my cell is 302-598-4775. I live in West Chester, PA. Thanks.

Man your sellin it?! If I had the cash i'd but it, actuall I might really buy another f-body in a few months if my new Job works out.
I just wanted to say that I have personally worked on this car and its in pretty good shape overall. The motor was clean as heck internally and it runs like a champ. I'm sure its even better now with a new clutch. After I did the cam I took it for a spin and it was a blast to drive even with a slipping clutch.
Great car here guys, and I would recommend that you go look at this one if your in the market for an F-body. Real nice car.
