I'll be there, just not sure Im bringing the Vette. I feel weird bringing it, its a basic Vette, I feel outta place with all those cool hot rods and cars with all the work done to them.

Bob, I got an old steering wheel. I can send it to you so when Ed is driving, you'll have something to "steer" while you're shotgun...

Actually you should tell Ed your going to drive it. That way he'll clean it for you...

I guess you're going to smack me when you see me...

Well if you cruise with me... I've been known to instigate a few high speed runs and general "misbehaving". Hehehehe.

Hey, once the weather is definitely in our favor, you two should set up a Kosnoes (sp?) meeting down there in Newtown.

OK. Everyone do a "rain go away dance". Weather does not look like its going to cooperate. Every year its the same story. MAybe the date needs to be changed?

Heres hoping the weather forecast improves.

Everytime I clean my car it is an offical rain dance!

Oh come on, it's fun, we do this every show: Get up wash the car, dye, drive to Sears, wave to The Carol all dry and warm in the 97TA, dye car, drive to show, wave to The Carol all dry and warm in the 97TA dry car, detail for an hour, go get coffee and Doughnut, then = Rain = wave to The Carol all dry and warm in the 97TA and dry car and redetail.

Around 10am when your arms about to fall off, the Carol comes out, sees her shadow and predicts 8 more hours of sunshine! And the show is offically on!

Then around noon, everyone go to the photo stand and ask the guy if he has your picture yet, you know, the black F-body I think only one or two show up each year,,,,,

Hehehehehe... hey! I like that joke, it's funny every year.
"Hey you have any f-bodies? I'm looking for something in black, maybe a Trans Am this year.... hey, here's a nice one, hell the guy driving even kinds looks like me...."

News Flash: The Carol is planning on NOT attending this year. Homework / studying before the last class later in the week. There's pros and cons to everything. I'll miss her shrieking when I do a hole shot out of the NJ toll booth to head over the Delaware turnpike bridge, in what she though was going to be a suicidal "thread the needle" between two vehicles.... she whimpered down whens she realized it wasn't even close when I went through the two cars at "highway speed and rapidly climbing" in an 1/8 of a mile. Bahahahahaha.

Hey Ron buddy!

Looks like I won't be able to attend C&R unless they have a rain date.

I took a chance an entered the SS in the car show at DEI on Saturday during the 'Dale Earnhardt Day' celebration. They were picking 7 winners to enter their cars. Guess who got the call??!!!

Re: 12th Annual CnR Car Show-April 30th

Direction to the Sears/On-The-Border Lot:
It is located on Route 1 southbound, just south of Route 18 interchange.

From the NJ Turnpike:
Get off at Exit #9.
Once you go through the Tollbooth, keep right, onto to Route 18 north.
Once on Route 18, get over to the left, (following signs for Route 1 south), bear left around the curve, then get over to the right once on the bridge and take the ramp on the right to Route One south.
Once on Route One south, the Sears/On-The-Border Restaurant is right there on the right, right at the end of the ramp. We meet up in front of the SEARS Auto Center.

If for some reason your running real late or anything and miss us, if you keep heading south on Route 1, the Car Show will be down on the left about 1 mile past the Sears.

I may see you guys there yet. Still haven't decided if I want to make the trip to NC. Wouldn't get in 'til late Friday, I'd have to find the hotel and check in, and find a place to clean the SS. The be at the show by 6AM sat.

George said 7:30. I had a slight change in plans and will end up trailering the car to Sears, so I'll need to be there earler.
