I forgot, tell me again what you're doing with the car when it dies. Looking for consistency in the events leading up to the issue. On mine, I believe it was every time I took a certain directioin. Every right turn, or every left tun when the condition manifested itself. And at that, only 'aggressive' turning, not gentle.

also, while it's running, try to rock the battery back and forth, listening for the stumble.

here's something to try.... take off any necklaces, wear a shortsleeve shirt, tuck up your hair if it's long. All this to keep it all away from moving motor parts. Start the car (after you've let it cool off so you won't get burned), then try to move the battery cables. Just wiggle them a bit and listen to see if the engine stumbles. If it doesn't, then move on to the MAF connector, then the ICM connector, etc. See if movement of any of the wires going into the connectors makes it stumble/die. If none of that proves out, let me know.

On mine, I used a blade screwdriver to force that plate out of it. Even then, it's so freakin' tight you can barely get to it. THen you can put some dielectric grease on it after you clean it out and it will go back on easier.

I'd pull that cable off and look inside the plastic cover over the terminal. Both the easily visible part AND the side that is in the interior of that plastic cap.
