nope, you need some brackets made and an angle grinder to take off a small piece of your stock brackets. try searching for Z06 Calipers. you'll find all the information you need.

If you get the LS1 f-body spindles you can use the Z06 calipers. Here's a good way to start: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=2443376663

you can use Z06 brakes with LS1 spindles? what mods are required to get the LS1 spindles on an LT1 car, and any cutting required to get the Z06 brakes on the LS1 spindles?

If you use the LS1 spindle, you can use the ZO6 caliper (I think) but not the ZO6 rotor, just the stock LS1 f body size rotor. FWIW the ZO6/C5 PBR caliper is much better than the POS low end PBR caliper on the LS1 f bodies. much better for road racing. If you want to retain your LT1 spindles, there are brackets out there to use ZO6 rotors and calipers on them, they are around 275$ or so. Search for Bob Bishop in the road racing/autocrossing section on this board.

No mods are required to put the Z06 calipers on the f-body LS1 spindles.

Sorry, but that's not the case. Adapters and cutting are required.
