Yet another EGR Blockoff question: (exhaust tube)

Alright, what's the trick to getting the single bolt holding the exhaust pipe to the manifold off? I have an A4 unfortunatly and the dipstick tube is mounted right ontop of the bolt. Tried a wrench, nope, not enough space till the firewall, tried a socket, well duh.

What exactly are you trying to do? Block off the EGR with stock manifolds? Replace the tube? Headers?

Yes, stock manifolds, remove the tube, block off hole left in manifold with the third blockoff plate that came from steve. (steve10)

I found it easiest to access from underneath with a short handled socket, and shallow (10mm?) socket. It was blind, but easy.
