its that time and they need changing.i was wondeing what kind i should use.my mods are:

mac mid length headers
ram air intake/hood
160* thermo
full borla exhaust with "y" pipe and a high flow cat
and gears
fan switch
msd 8.5mm wires
msd coil
msd cap and rotor
what the best for my application?thanx

Permitting you are staying n/a id go with some regular resistor ngk tr55's. Great plugs and reasonably priced.
