Y-pipe questions inside

hey guys...browsing the summit mag and saw Y-pipes for stock manifolds from Stainless Works....just wondering if anybody knows anything about these...good bad otherwise? i've been looking for a y-pipe for awhile now and the SLP doesnt look too much better over stoc only 2.5 with a 3.5 collector....it says the Stainless works pipes are 3" all the way back...if anybody has any experience with these lemme know...thanks

i know i put a bassani 2.5" (to a 3" collector") on my LS1, and i ran into some serious frame clearance issues.

when the engine would twist up due to torque ti would cause the pipe to hit the frame under the driver seat.

had to install ES polyurathan motor mounts to limit movement and prevent the contact.

it does sound badass though

Since when does Borla make a 3 inch y-pipe?? I have a Borla Y-pipe sitting in the rafters of my garage and Know for sure it is a 2.75 diameter with a 3 inch Collector. Have a part number of this Y-pipe and where you got it?
