Today I was messing around and decided to just hit the gas and see where the rev limiter would cut off at... took the car up to what looked like a solid 6 grand in 2nd gear and decided to let go... felt like it was pulling all the way up there. I haven't dyno'ed the car yet but I was just wondering where you guys are shifting.

I was told that I could easily run past 6500. At the track the other day I was shifting at about 6300.

i have a cc306 cam on my stock heads, and the peak is at 5900ish (348 rwhp) but the power bearly falls off and it still around 330ish at 6800. Shift as high as u can. The faster u get into the powerband the better.
