www.wotelectronics.com = good customer service

I purchased an ALDL cable for my OBD1 computer to tune it with pcmforless tuning and also to run diagnostic software. The cable was only $65 assembled compared to $95 on other sites. Well it wouldnt connect to my pcm when I tried the first time. So I emailed Steve at WOTelectronics and he promptly responded back with a couple tests I could run to find out where the problem is, after two tests we figured out that the problem was in the converter he sent me. So as soon as I let him know that he told me he would send me a new one out the next day and that I could ship back the bad one when convenient for me.

In otherwords, A+ for this business.

I'll second that! I bought one of his cable kits and when it arrived I thought I was missing a part. I e-mailed Steve and had a reply within minutes (this was 11:30pm mind you). Turns out I wasn't really missing anything at all, he just substituted a different part and forgot to tell me.
