WTF, dipstick broke while checking oil! what to do???

Yes, but if you're not careful, you could end up glueing the whole dipstick assembly shut...you know how some people are with that stuff. Less is more in this case.

street demon2k3, glad you got it out. When I put the new dipstick on mine, I left the rubber "wiper thingy" off-the dipstick always seemed to get stuck in it. Without it, the dipstick just fits in the tube like any normal dipstick.

So how many people does it take to get a broken dipstick out? I'll guess 10...one to hold the dipstick and 9 to pull on the car .

Lokar's Flexible Dipstick is a lifesaver. After spending hours trying to mangle my stock dipstick in place, the lokar slid right in. Took all of about 3 minutes. Well worth the money.
