I thought I needed it since I put in my longtube headers but after installing the LT4 KM tonight I was surprised how much better the car was running. Much smoother now and it pulls much better even at part throttle. Definitely a mod worth doing!

 

I definetly noticed a difference in my old LT1, no cat and a dynomax bullet lol

 

Had either of you had the stock knock sensor desensitized prior to installing the LT4KM? I know that you can have the stocker desensitized so I am curious how much of a difference that the stocker would be from the LT4KM.

 

pardon my stupidity, but what is the KM

 

Knock Module....I didn't really notice anything different with the lt1/lt4 KM change...and this is with headers and an open cutout. However its cheap piece of mind.
