Would low voltage alternator cause low fuel pressure?

The only thing still stock on my 247,000 mile WS6 is the Alternator. I know for a fact its putting out low volts because my windows go up really slow now, and the battery meter fluctuates a lot. Could this cause my low fuel pressure problem?

Since the pump is an electric motor, lower voltage should result in lower pressure. The pump requires a pretty good amount of juice.

Could this be the culprit?

If it is not putting out the voltage it should, you are going to want to fix it anyway, aren't you? That will keep you from having other voltage related problems and maybe fix the pressure situation, too.

Yeah, I need to get it fixed...just been lazy I guess.
