right now i have a 52mm throttlebody. would i gain anything going to a 54mm or even a 58mm with my blower setup? if i went 58mm i would port the intake of course. my sig shows what all i have done to the motor.

 

You would have to port the intake manifold entry holes for the 54mm throttle body also. The intake holes are 52mm stock.

You can machine it out to 59mm without any problems (I've done that). However, you'll need to do some de-burring inside the venturas after you increase the ventura diameter.

 

What kind of throttle body is it? If it is an aftermarket unit it can be done I believe. If it is a stock throttle body bored then 52mm is all the larger it can go.

 

its a BBK throttlebody. now would i notice any hp gains from porting the throttlebody bigger and the intake port matched?

 

A 52mm can support a fair amount of HP, you might see a few but probally not worth the extra $$$. Looking at your mods list you would probally benifit more from a set of long tube headers being a forced indcution engine.
