worth goin to Gm847 from XE236/242?

Thinking about swapping my XE236/242 cam for a GM847 Cam when i get heads put on. Is it worth it. Current lift with 1.6rrs is .556/.576?

Oh ya and I have Mac true fit headers is it worth it to upgrade to some hooker long tubes?

What type of hp gains would i see from switching to these parts?

You won't see a huge gain from either one over your current setup. But if you really want to change something, I would do the long tubes.

Actually, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of numbers is your current combo making (dyno numbers and/or track numbers)? Thanks.
