Is this worth the $

Was browsing around at SLP and saw this item:

Is this worth the money & does it do what it says it does?

Dont waste your money on that.You can do the same thing by installing a resistor in there.Do a search for IAT relocation and it should come up.Even doing that is questionable,but a lot cheaper.
