fixed my miss. new opti. fixed the 2-3 shift. put in 3.73. well any way with the mods i got i ran a 13.56 tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it was worth all the trouble and headache tonight....best before this was 14.2

 

stall convertor = 13.2, long tubes and a little cam = 12's

before i fixed the opti i was running 9.2 in the 1/8th last night i was down to 8.7! this just makes me so happy, finally im turning some good times!!!

You probobly had a worn or damaged opti cap, the spark would jump to areas it does not belong. Kind of common.

 

i had put a cap on it not even 6 months ago...still looked brand new...so i just reused it! all i replaced was plugs, wires, and the opti. the only thing that fixed it was the opti its self

2.069- on street tires

 

U need drag radials and long tubes baddddddddd

 

It's not going to get much better than a 2.069, even with drag radials. I pulled a best of 2.0 (et streets) with the stock stall.
