wont start

Right after i fixed my intake manifold oil leak my car wouldnt restart. I sound that if i unplugged the maf it would fire fine and run a little ruff but still run and drive but when u plug the maf back in the car shuts down. Today we tried my maf on my friends ss and it did the same thing so i know that the maf is bad for some reason, but tonight i tried it again and the car will turn over but not start. The car seems to be getting fuel and has spark at the coil but i haven't had a chance to look at the plugs. Any ideas other then opti?

Re: wont start

Well.. if the MAF behaves the same way on your experimental car and it still doesn't start after putting it back on your car I would say it could be your MAF?
Have you checked to see if all the diodes are in tact on the sensor?
