Question Wobbly Belt Tensioner

Has anyone ever had their accessory belt drive tensioner squeak like crazy or wobble? Basically I started hearing a squealing noise and sounded like a wobbly wheel bearing or something is what I can explain it the closest to. As I give the car more gas the squealing gets louder so it's definitely coming from the engine.

I then thought it was a noisy fan bearing so I went under the car to listen while the engine was running and I noticed the noise to be coming from the Belt tensioner of the accessory belt drive. I also noticed the belt itself gets off track after a few minutes of running the engine with the noise coming from the tensioner housing. I then noticed what seemed to be a crack or space in the tensioner housing which is what causing it to wobble and possibly cause the belt to be tooth off.

Is this part easily replaced or what could be done to fix it? Any ideas or suggestion would be awesome!

Thanks,
JD
