where do the lines run for the windshield washer fluid on a 97 lt1 i push the button wipers move but no fluid is released and i have a full resevior??

If you open the hood, you'll see the line from the reservoir runs over the inner fenderwell on the driver's side. It then goes under the cowling at the bottom of the windshield. You have to remove the wiper arms to get the cowling off. Then you can see how the tubing is run from side to side. It takes a decent puller to get the arms off, or at least it did on my car.
