My driver side window has decided to to die on me. Im guessing thats the probem. Over the years it has gotten slower and slower til now it doesnt have the power to pull itself up in one shot. needs serval short attempts to go up. This would be the motor right? Also where have all of you purchased your window motors from? Pep Boys is out of stock and theirs is around 100 the Chevy dealer by my house wants 135. Anyone else have any dieas? Thanks!

 

Many auto parts places sell motors with lifetime warranties. You can get a GM motor from Jason or Dal cheaper than your local dealer's retail price.
There is a guide for replacing the motor on my Tech Page (if you did not already know).

I bought mine from AutoZone for around $50 with a lifetime warranty.

I also used Shoebox's Tech Page and had zero problems with the install.

i bought mine on ebay for 42 its brand new, hes got a few more on there. it works great and the install was easy took like 40mins(thanks shoebox).
