I have a 95 with the OBII connector and works with OBII scan tool, so why wouldn't it work?

Anyone have any experience with these? They seem like they could be very useful.

It looks like it will only work with OBII connectors it doesn't talk about the computer itself, maybe it just won't be able to pick up ALL the features that are advertised with an OBII
