I have a set of ISKY 235-D valvesprings and the L98 spring seats to go with them for the LT1. Will these springs work with stock rockers? Do I need new retainers or anything?

 

Why not just change rockers while you have everything off? Why are you just wanting to change the springs?

 

Don't have the money. I bought the springs to do 1.7 RR's and ran out of funds. I figure my 140k springs could be getting tired and why not replace them.

 

Yea I hear ya, but why not just hold out and do it all at once? I guess if you wanted to you can go ahead and just change out the springs, but you have to remove your rockers, pushrods, etc and I don't see it worth it unless I changed more than just the springs out...

If they've made 140k miles, what's another couple thousand of miles?
