Just like the subject says, will a T/A engine harness work on a camaro (both lt1's)...I'm trying to buy one off of a guy and he has a trans am ('97). I have a camaro, and need a wiring harness, will it hook up right? Or won't it? I figured they're both lt1's, and they arn't that much different (or are they?), so it should work, but i thought i'd run it by you guys before i spent the money.

 

If your engine and the harness are the same year, they should be perfectly compatible for the engine wiring. There will be some differences for the portion of the harness for headlamps and such if that part is involved in any way.
