Will o2 sims. cause me to fail the OBII "emission" scan?

Will o2 sims. cause me to fail the OBII "emission" scan?
I know if the are deleted I may fail visual, but what about the OBDII scan? Anyone pass/fail with them, or KNOW someone who has? Please

They just tell your PCM the emissions are 100% right on. You can't not pass with them
Actually I like these new emissions laws, no more sniffer and just scan the computer?? hehe, the computer will tell the scanner whatever u want it to say
