Will JB Weld hold uo to gas?

I broke a little fitting on my FP. I was going to tap the hole and put a little JB Weld on the threads. Then put like a metal fitting in place of the plastic one. I think it is the "out" side. THNX

I have JB weld on the fuel pump nuts on an in-tank pump in an old 84 pickup. Been there for over a year. No problems so far. Do not know if it's still on there though.

I don't know about fuel, but I know people who have used it to fix small cracks in there block and had it hold up for a while, so why not try it.

I've had JB weld holding a leak in my tank, for 3-4 years now...
