I am going to buy a diagnostic tool for the obdII and I was wondering if it can read the abs trouble codes.

 

Usually only high dollar tools can read ABS codes.

 

Shoe is right. Mucho dinero for a scan tool that will read ABS codes. Be sure to contact the manufacturer of whatever tool you decide to buy to find out just exactly what it will and won't do. Autoxray may have an ABS scanner out by year's end.
