Will this exhaust combination work?

I am planning on upgrading my exhaust next week. This is what I am thinking:

Headers and Y-Pipe:
http://www.neweraperformanceparts.com/default.asp?S=503&A=E&PKV=macTF9597|0

Cat Converter:
Catco Universal Cat (16.5in long / 3 in. inlet/outlet)
www.summitracing.com --- Enter Part # CTO-9007

Cat-Back:
Hooker Cat-Back (3 in. inlet)
www.summitracing.com --- Enter Part # HOK-16825HKR

Will all of these all bolt together correctly? If not what different parts do I have to get? Also will all my emissions and sensors work with this combo? (I don't see a place for the rear O2?) Please help me out guys

Thanks
Max

Use anything BUT a Catco highflow catalytic converter...I've seen test that show they flow worse CFM than the stock OEM cats. And I know of a few who had problems with them over at LS1Tech.com...

Go with a 3" Carsound or Random Tech cat instead...

Really? I didn't know that. Where can I get the Carsound or Random Tech cats?
Also I'm more concerned with what size to get for all of it to bolt together.

If you don't live in an emissions state, for the amount of cash you are spending on those items, you could get long tube headers and a y-pipe for those at about the same price. Just a thought.

Yes, the Catco cats suck. For real.

You can find the 3" Carsounds on EBAY (or do a search on the board as to where to find them) and just about any of the big speed sponors (Speed Inc, Thunderracing, Tbyrne, Fast Toys, etc.) sell the 3" Random Tech highflow cat (it comes in stock size or a small bullet size depending upon how big or small you need it). I believe your car will be just fine with a 3" set-up...

Good luck,

Mike
