Will they fit a 95 if I block off the emissions control stuff? Is this a good or bad idea?

 

The headers themselves will still work. If you aren't going to use the emissions equipment, then you won't have to worry about that stuff hooking up correctly.

 

only difference is the thread size on the AIR outlets, and maybe the location of the EGR hookup, but i might be wrong on that. I am positive the AIR outlets are of a different thread size, but if you are not using emissions, then you are in the clear!
