I just picked up a rebuilt tranny out of 94 Z28. This tranny will bolt right up without any problems correct?

 

It will bolt up but you will need reprogramming because the 94 was a NON-PWM transmission and your 95 is.

 

I thought the only difference was in the 93' 4L60 as compare to the 94's when the 4L60E came out. I would go with MadWolf, cause I'm by no means the Auto Trans expert.

 

95 did add the PWM to the trannys. I think it is something to smooth out the lock-up of the convertor. Your programming will be looking for the PWM in the tranny.... maybe throw a code or maybe not lock-up at all? I don't know.

 

And you forgot to mention that you can hook him up and fix this problem for him
