wider tire up front?

wider tire up front?

Put on my yokohamas 245/50ZR 16's on the back, and threw the existing unlops 5000's(that were on back) up front and then i noticed that the dunlps are 9.5" and the yokos are only 9"..now i got a wider tire up front than i the back...is this ok

Depending on the tire construction, it might even handle (turn) better! Remember about 55% of the static weight is on the front and more than 75% during maximum braking. During hard cornering the outside front is VERY highly loaded.

Can't see how you could visually tell the difference of only a half inch.
