Wicked Street Z ... Want 450-475 RWHP ... Any suggestions?

I want to make a mean street Z. I wanna be able to run a Z06 and make him feel OWNED!!! I already have a Flowmaster cat-back, and am planning on gettin a CAI in the next few days or so. I would like to get 450 RWHP out of my Z with the stock bottom. The bottom will be built in a year or two. However for now, to get to the 450 RWHP i'd like to try goin for it with a complete head/cam combo, 30 LBS Ford injectors, 58MM Throttle body, and a set of headers, as well as a tune. Id love to try and stay emissions legal but i dought if it is possible if im puttin 450 at the wheels. Any suggestions as to what complete head/cam combo could get me there, how much, and what kinda E.T.'s ??? This would be on a 6 speed, 95, so mid to top gains would be more important than bottom end power. Also do you guys suggest PCMforless ? Hypertech ? or another tune?

Also, this wouldnt be an everyday car, and would probly see about 5000 miles a year at the most. What would be the best heads/cam complete combination to get me the #'s i want? Also what kinda 1/4 times would a 450 RWHP Z make assuming its a fairly experienced driver?

IMO to get 450 to the wheels on the stock bottom end, your going to need some massively ported stockers or afr heads, since this ins't going to be a daily driver you'll want to go solid roller. Your also going to need long tubes and a full exhaust. Id get rid of the flowmaster and go for either true duels or a single 4".

Buy a blower or run some giggle gas... I hope you know that the facotry bottom end dosen't like much more than 500 FWHP though.

Id like to stay away from N20 , and I'd rather stay N/A if I could. Ya i no the stock bottom wouldnt take much more then 500 FWHP, But it wouldnt be an everyday car and so i figured it could hanle 450 at the wheels maybe im wrong ??? What would be the most you guys would go for at the wheels on a stock bottom ? Any suggestions as to what Cam and Heads for that kinda power ? Maybe 400 to 425 RWHP would be a safer more realistic goal on the stock bottom ... and any idea what kinda 1/4 times i could expect from 400-425 RWHP ??? Anyone have a decent set up to get me 400 - 425 at the wheels ?
