Why you shouldnt run 3/8 valve locks with pics
Why you shouldnt put 3/8 valve locks on a 11/32 stem. Mistake in shipping that jegs made, didnt check part numbers. Nice way to ruin BRAND new 2.08/1.60 ferreas. Had about 36 hours on them before they pulled through.
Notice how nice and centered the rockers are over the stems, rocker contact to retainers, how burried the valve stems are into the retainers etc. What a mess.

Sorry for a few being blurry. Took at night right after it happened, with no light the lense on camera was staying open very long and is super sensitive to movement.

Totally drop, no.
But i trashed one exhaust one pretty good, and i think they all hit. Replacing them all and going over everything with fresh valve job.
Will have pics of the valves this weekend.

That really sucks.
I'm to the point that i am willing to spend the extra money to get stuff delivered right the first time, I still don't know where to order from though.....
For my 9" install:
Delivery 1 week late
Missing shims
Missing nuts and washers (from "100% complete install kit")
Wrong (LS1) brake rotors
Wrong Ujoint (I told 'em i had a 1LE and they said they knew what it needed)
Then to top it all off I decided to get an entire 1350 series driveshaft made up by a local shop instead of waiting since noone had the correct conversion joint in stock and i didn't want to drive my harley in the forcasted rain, and the driveshaft loses the balancing wieghts first time i hit ~40 mph.
That stuff turned what should have been a simple 2 day install into a 3 week quagmire.
Enough of my ranting. Point is, I FEEL YOUR PAIN!
I hope you don't find any additional damage. Good luck getting it all straightened out.
