You will still be able to use this setup. Currently my motor has the AC delete pully on it. But the Engineer is going to fab this up to fit with my old AC pump. So you could actually specify that you wanted the AC delete style setup like I will be running personally. So yes, you can use it still.

Mike383Lt1, I will put you on the list. As soon as we reach the magic number I will ask you to mail a money order or cashiers check for the first 100 dollars.

Rocmemphis, I cant hold any spots, but you only need the first 100 to start. Then the other 100 will be due in 4 to 6 weeks when it is ready to ship. So if you want in you only need 100 bucks right now.

2 guys are in......whos next???

3 more to make it fly. After that it will be closed to the public until a company is selected to carry the product for the Engineer. I am out of this deal once the first batch is made and delivered.

dreamer will correct me if im wrong, but i dont think theyve actually designed the brackets yet.........they upfront money is to pay the guys who are designing it and make the first batch.

so in other words, they dont know how hard it will be to install, if it isnt built yet.

"finding 5 people shouldnt be a problem though."

Harder then it sounds so far
well they are out there........just tough to catch them on the board............and a lot of the people that would have been very interested have already started building their setups and cant redesign at this point (turbo and supercharger guys)

quoted from his first message

"The final product will be mocked up on my 1994 LT1 from my Camaro. They are taking the entire cradle assembly with the motor mounted on it and using it for the R&D portion of the project."

im interpreting that to mean it hasnt been done yet.

I have been assured it will and can work. They have come out and inspected my engine already. I also have a unconditional guarantee that it will work or our money back. Hp is correct when he says it isnt made yet, but I have seen and talked with the guys doing it. The install is going to be a bolt on, no cutting design. Install should be as simple as removing the alternator, installing the new brackets, lengthing the alternator wire to reach the drivers side, and bolting the alternator on. A new belt will also be included with the kit.

im not an expert, but just looking at that space, its pretty obvious that it can work...........PTK fits an entire turbo setup in that spot......an alternator should fit no problem.
