Thank you! It seems some people are not happy unless they get to throw in their two cents about the stupid search function. The fact of the matter is that most do use it. I tried so many key words, but I could not find any information on this particular catback, that had been redesigned only a year ago so its equal flow out each tailpipe. I want to make sure it doesn't sound different, introduce more rasp, and so forth.

and, anyone have my EXACT setup with a sound clip? I have heard lots of popping on the LS1 sound tech site, and I do not want that!

so does anyone's pop really bad? I would think the only reason it would pop is becuase its not tuned properly, and dumping raw fuel into the exhaust where it later ignites to pop! Am i right or not? Mine will be proplerly tuned, so that wont be an issue.

I don't have your exact system, but I do have a Magnaflow.. No popping at all. That was with an XE224/230, PCMForLess tune, RK Sports, and a Random Tech cat (I have a 'test pipe' too, no popping with that either). I can't imagine the new design would be so radical as to now cause it. But who knows.

On a side note, when I had a Flowmaster, it popped occasionally.

Yeah, my flowmaster pops every once in a long while. Very annoying. That is why I am searching for a good catback that flows great, not too loud like the loudmouth, and will LAST! My flowmaster is rusting pretty good now. Im lookin for a 3 inch anyways, and it just looks like magnaflow is fitting the bill right now. I appreciate the responses, and I hope they keep coming!

The pop is probably from you fresh air pump. Mine did that untill I pulled the relay to disable the air pump and no more pop.
