Who uses, or knows of anyone using a monoblade throttle body?
Who uses, or knows of anyone using a monoblade throttle body?
I am concerned about maximizing my LT4 manifold in my street strip 383. I currently have a BBK 58 mm and wonder if I need something bigger to support my heads and cam; a thread many of you have already read. I also use a TNT N20 plate system. I am sure the two nozzles restrict flow to a measurable degree and thought a monoblade with it's 1300+ cfm capability would out flow the 58mm WITH the nozzles in place. Will this help performance? I also heard that monoblades are difficult to tune. Any insight is appreciated.

I am using one but not on an LT4 intake.
Why should they be harder to tune?
Unless ya are figuring on turning 7/7500 and ya were making 650/700FWHP then ya don't need it.

I figure if my new motor is nearing 7000 rpm and has two N20 nozzles restricting flow at the intake, a monoblade would alleviate both issues. I would like to run it but only if it does not cause adversive tuning issues/problems.
