I've never used any aftermarket tuning but you may want to check out Madz28.com. Ion is a board sponser and has very good prices!

like I said I think the computer is dead so I cant get the program from Ion. He is super nice and has helped me alot and I speak nothing but good of him and all he does. BUT I need a new computer. I think the mix-up at the yard between my suppossed 4.3 (VIN #verified) and the 5.7 I got (block # verified)with a 4.3 computer(VIN # verified) and I got a big screw up on my hands. So now I need a computer.

Let me explain that before I cuz an issue. I got a LT-1 motor from a yard with a harness and a computer. I wanted to get a program for it so I ordered a cable from AKM and a program from Ion at MadZ28. He asked for the VIN # of the car I got it from and the computers VIN whick were both the same and from a Caprice with a 4.3L 265 V-8. Ion got me a program for the 4.3 and by running the block numbers I found out it was a 350. Now the computer has died somewhere in the midst of a Idle Air Control Valve swap, 2 optispark swaps, and whatever else Ive done like plug wires. So now I think I have a 4.3L computer with a VIN mixed-up 350.
Weird story huh?

Well I just ordered a program from him. I will say it is expensive but I hear a lot of good about him and the company. The customer service is great too, he must have sent me two or three e-mails before I even ordered, just answering general questions.
Then when your order you get contacted a few more times - and all this happens real quick. Seems like Bryan always e-mails you back within the hour.

Anyways, he seems like a good guy. We'll see what kinda programmer he is here in a couple days

Brian programmed mine for the hotcam and other changes, I got the numbers below with his tuning, I was happy with it. Best part is he's about 30 minutes from me so I take it over there and he does it right in the car which is cool He's a great guy.

I'm not sure what the issue is with your PCM, maybe try a new one.

I got tuning from brian, and he made it a completely different car! His tuning was great, and he was very quick. I ordered it from him, and one day later he had me a tracking #. I have nothing but great things to say about him.
