I'm putting in a Be Cool / dual spahl fan setup from Evans on my dad's 95. Obviously it doesn't sit right in the factory lip at the bottom because it's thicker and that causes problems up at the shroud as well. Anybody got any suggestions / pics? Thanks.

 

they did that exact install in the March 03 issue of GMHTP but didn't really give any specifics. Maybe you can email Johnny Hunkins, but he's probably busy with his move.

 

It sits in the factory lip, you just have to remove the rubber piece on the driver side. I have this radiator in my car. I was amazed, the fit was almost factory. Very impressive. Just give it a shot. Total install time was about an hour.
