Who can fix this?

I've tried posting on a few sites but really couldn't find an answer as to why my dyno graph looks like this...

How long ago was that stall converter put in, and who did it?

That dyno printout looks like the tires are slipping. but since you probably would have noticed that.
I'd check out your torque converter and make sure it doing what it's supposed to do
oh, If it's got a TCC make sure it's not kicking on and off

I had the transmission instaled by Autozone and they rebuilt the stock one with a slightly higher stall, so that's where I got it from. Why would the powerband just fall off like that though?
