White smoke?

I have white smoke under heavy acceleration and shifts. Currently there is a bad intake leak which is being fixed today. Could I have blown any rings in the motor? BTW, the car still runs like a raped ape. I'm not losing any performance.

Could be head gaskets. White smoke most of the time means coolant. Did you get it hot or Detonate bad? Be ready for the friendly blower motor rebuild soon.

Check oil for a cream.

sorry boota man!

If it is white then it could be possibly a head gasket as slug said. If its got a blueish tint to it then that usually means its oil and while you may not notice a performance difference it can gum up valves and pistons pretty bad if you're burning it a lot. Do like he said and check the oil for cream or a greyish color if there is some my vote goes to head gasket.

Well the problem with checking the oil is that with the oil leak, there usually is none. It's that bad of a leak. Let me get that fixed and we'll take it from there. Now the oil thats dumped onto the ground of my garage looks fine. lol, ?
