Where In The World Does This Go!?! (pic inside)

Ok... i have been having a slight problem with my car. My SES light si comming on, and it is a 95 so i can't get it scanend at autozone, so i was trying to see if any plug's mihgt have come loose. I cam across this plug thingy...... http://community.webshots.com/album/110585324aUlyak

Click on the pick's and there are captions ..... I am not sure where thsi plug goes? i saw it tucked down behind the intake elbow, and i noticed a small hole in the itanke elbow? so i jsut stuck it in there ot see if that si how it goes..... please help!!!

That's where it goes. The code was probably the unmetered air being sucked in.
