Where are these connectors and passageways located ??

Preparing for my swap and A/C retrofit and been looking at schemes and drawings on the good Ol'd Shoebox.
It's pretty clear however i have a hard time finding certain locations.
For instance, Where is P100 located ? I figure it's a big wiring harness that passage the firewall on the driversside from the Relay box to the fusebox inside the car.
I am however not sure.

Some of the connectors of the ENGINE wiring harness are mentioned very clearly on Shoebox (C210, C220, etc) and their location but there are several spots like P100, P110, etc that i cannot pinpoint.

Is there somewhere a complete list of locations of all connectors, passageways, etc ????????

Thanks in advance,

You should do yourself a big favor and buy a factory shop manual while they are on sale for $30. Everything you want to know about wiring is in it. http://helminc.com

John, Reading is fundamental
As stated i know where the C connectors are, Shoebox was very clear about it, i however do not know (for sure) where the P locations are.

Rob,
The official Manual for the 95 Fbody (3 thick manuals) was the very first thing i bought back in 1996.
I am however stationed in pretty much the middle of nowhere and i don't have my manuals with me nor the car itself.
I currently rely on my military 33k6 (yes they still exist) and on the information i can find online as i try to study my entire project upfront to fill in the boring hours.

I KNOW there is 1 page in the manual that shows the entire car in a drawing including the main connection points. I believe it's near the end of one manual.

So, is there anybody who can clear this up and willing to help me with this ?

P100 is the passage on the LH side of the firewall and P110 is the one under the PCM (RH side). This is probably what you mean.

Now that's EXACTLY what i was looking for ! Thanks a million
You don't happen to have an overview for the Connectors (C120, C217,C250,C270, etc.) do you ????

Reason is, i have a VERY strong suspicion that GM has used 2 different wiring harnesses in the 95 vehicles, 1 that came with the power accs (A/C, cruise, etc) and one without (only a few of them).
Trying to find that out, if so then i have to be rather creative with wiring to get that A/C working as it shares the same relay with the cruise and i have neither from factory and i'm SURE i don't have the Relays in the underhood relaybox. So i'm almost positive that wiring isn't there either.

Yeah it's a prayer without ending but at least it keeps me busy

Whoops your right, I thought you were refering to the C connectors, Sorry!
Good luck getting it going!

I don't believe GM does this any more. One harness for all F-Bodies by year. There are accessory harnesses, that connect between the main harness and the accessory. Those have to be purchased separately.

Re: Where are these connectors and passageways located ??

UPDATE:

Been studying the schemes and drawings and it now all comes down to 3 wires.
Once i get home i will have to examine the main Forward harness (goes from underhood Fuse/Relay BOX (C 120) to front left, across the front, goes to passenger side wheel arch where it connects to the Engine harness).

I AM SURE i don't have the AC/Cruise Relay in the fuse box and i AM SURE, the location where it normally sits doesn't have the copper colored pins so it seems as if it isn't prepared for it so i assume it's not in the C120 nor in the Foward wiring harness either.

To make sure i will check the connector C100 and see if the wiring is present there, if not i'll have to rig a relay and 2 wires to meet Engine Harnes C100 side (DK green and DK green White).

Another one is the A/C request signal wire coming from the dashboard HVAC controller switch. I will have to switch to an A/C equiped bezel anyway but i will have to check and see if that connector and wiring from my selector switch carries that DK Green white wire for the A/C request signal.
Again i will check that underneath the hood at the C230 connector and see if the wire is present.

Other than these 2 problems i'm sure the A/C can be made working proper as the rest of the sensors & wring are in the engine wiring harness that i will be using for the swap anyway.

The only thing i really think will be a SERIOUS pain in the behind is removing and swapping that entire (in dash) heater/AC fan assembly box

Re: Where are these connectors and passageways located ??

Oh btw to address the seperate harnesses per year..

YES and NO

I for instance have NO wiring inside the doors whatsoever (no power windows, mirrors or locks)
Yet i did have the cruise control hookup connector on the collumn eventhough i didn't have the cruise control.
underneath the hood NO cruise control preparation either.

Another example, i DID have the elec seat connector hiding under the floor carpet, BUT my car was equiped with the rear window defogger which share the same Fuse/Relay.

So it's divided into groups i guess.
