Where to start? Z not starting

OK guys here goes...

Car didn't run... kept stalling at idle and wouldn't drive. Pulled off the Vortech and Crane ignition (leaving the coil in place), then it ran, but needed a few RPM's and had to be easy on the clutch (centerforce DF) to get it to go anywhere. Couldn't gas it because it would stumble. When you started the car, it would crank a lot, then when you stopped cranking, it would stumble, then kick itself in the *** and start.

THEN, in an attempt to correct all of this, I put the stock 24lb injectors back in, reflashed the PCM with a stock program. It now will not start at ALL. I can crank it till the cows come home, and nothing, until I stop cranking then I hear maybe 2 or 3 cylinders firing, then it dies. If I open up the intake at this point, I see white smoke. From what I can tell, fuel delivery looks OK but I haven't used a FP gauge.

Mods worth mentioning now are CC305 and pocket ported heads. Lots of things for me to check but if anyone else has seen this I would appreciate the input.

Thanks
JR
