Why is it so hot in the glovebox??? Just checking, but I don't really understand that??
Well, I may be moving mine to a different location then.

Hmmm..i kinda like the AC vent idea....turn the AC on, and cool the box off!! I kinda like where it is mounted now, because it is out of the way and not cluttering anything...plus, I drilled holes in my glovebox, so I really don't want to have to be nitpicky and buy a new glovebox because I had to screw it up.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!
Actually, you could go high-tech with this!
Have an electric cutout-type thing in the line going to the glove box, and have a circuit in the glove box with the mSD, and when it gets to a certain temp, have an LED on your dash light up; At which point you make sure AC is on, not heat, then hit the switch and open the "cutout"
damn, i'm a geek... DAMMIT!

I put mine on top of the radiator overflow tank after I moved the battery to the rear. Maybe not the coolest (least heat) place but it looks good and has worked fine even on hot, humid summer days.
Wiring is a piece of cake with good positive and ground points right there. A friend found out they want a good ground and positive connection 'cause his ran like crap until he ran a better positive wire to the battery. He originaly ran it through the fuse block.
The benefit is not real obvious but it gives a much better spark in the upper rpms than the stock system and will let you get the best out of other performance mods.

I hid mine under the front driver's fender next to the CAI. I wanted cool air on it and out of the way. I get a lot of Mustang guys looking under the hood and wondering what I'm running. It looks stock. The motor is stock but there are some hidden goodies.
Again, in the pocket next to the CAI filters.

Glovebox seems like a good place, until you get it all installed and running, then open the glovebox...you know what its like when you go to pull the Thanksgiving turkey out...?
It wont fit under the seat(s) either.

If you don't have power seats it should fit under the passenger seat, at the rear of the seat. So if you were in the drivers seat, put your hand behind the passenger seat then touch the floor, it should fint under there. Put it up against the catalytic onverter hump. You might also want to wire up a 12v fan to a temp probe and a small circuit, so it turned on when it got over 100 degrees.
