Where to get rubber motor mounts?

Got the poly mounts and dont like the vibes. Going back to rubber ones.
Dealer want a rediculas amount for new ones and local parts houses want to sell me the same mount for both side which will not work.

Does anyone know where to get the correct rubber mounts for a fair price?

Are the vibrations that bad? I'm looking for new motor mounts for my car... and she vibrates like hell with the current setup and stock motor mounts.
I mean how bad are the Polys?

My poly motor/tranny mounts didn't make it vibrate any worse than stock.

IMO this is very subjective. I have polymounts on my car and I think it is fine, where as others don't. It all depends on what you are after. Just remember you aren't driving a Cadillac

Yes this is very subjective, and I dont care for them. I dont like the vibes, the overall opinions have been beat to death in other threads.

Now back on topic, who knows where to get the rubber mounts at a fair price.

I originally went looking for rubber ones and couldnt find any.. except the GM ripoff ones. So the best price I could find for rubber mounts was gm's

I went with all poly mounts (motor and trans) on the rebuild this winter. Just got done driving for the week and have to say it transfers a touch more vibration, I can feel the difference at idle but not sure if its bad enough for me to change the mounts out.

I also don't see the shifter jerk to the side anymore with the new mounts or see nearly as much

Let me clarify that the vibes are noticable but not totally unbearable. I prefer to have the minimal amount of vibes as possible. I dont want my wife saying "why does this thing now vibrate like this".

Keeping the wife happy with the car will ensure that I get to keep it dwn the road with the new babies.

The engine is balanced well, it did not shake the slightest bit and once you were moving is was almost undetectable, but when you come to a stop it was super obvious that something other than the new motor was different. I want the car to feel like 400HP, but only wen the fun pedal is mashed, not at idle.

The poly mounts are way harder than the rubber mounts so unless you have an RX7 rotary engine the vibes will be amplified. Just makes sense doesnt it? When I replaced he rubber leaf spring mounts on my 94 Jeep Wrangler it rode more firm. DUH. I am not pissed that this is happening, It is spped to feel different. I gave it a shot and am not pleased with he results so now I want the OEM ones back.

I found the left one for $12.00 at Carquest but they claim this is the same one for the right side and as we all know that aint right. Now I just need the right side mount and I am golden. Best price I have found so far is $90.00 which is still insane.

If the cam is "lopey" at idle, your going to feel it more with the poly mounts (like mine) than with the oem mounts.

Just drove mine to work this morning again and have to say, I don't mind it.

one thing you could do is up the idle rpm a notch (I went from 800 to 1000) to see if it would help.

Plus, My wife says the same thing.. wont ride in the car now since it shakes more.

Oh my god, why is it so ****** hard to find rubber OEM mounts.
Autozone (dont stock anything close)
Advance (wrong ones for application)
Carquest (wrong ones for application)
O-reillys ($180 for both but must be ordered and there is no promise they are the right ones

How in the hell can the aftermarket be selling the wrong mounts for this long and no one catch it. The stores claim its the same mount for both sides but the driver side is that real funky one. I even had one guy want to argue about this and I had to show him mine to convince him otherwise.

Totally insane.
Looks like I will get them from Sam taylor.
